The Inland And Dry Ports Authority is presently in train of proclaiming an invitation to tender as to two dry ports in the cities of 6 of October and the 10 of Ramadan. The project anticipates granting two concessions in respect of the two ports. Mackean Law Firm, in collaboration with a Belgian specialized law firm, was invited, between a short list of law firms, to submit an offer regarding their envisaged services. The said services are expected to handle the entire process of the two concessions starting from the preparation of the relevant studies and concession documents and the invitation for tender until negotiating and phrasing the respective contract of concession.
